Why sound insulation is needed ?

Cabin noise, especially those that cannot be identified and excessive road noise are naturally annoying and will increase progressively with age.  

Some parts, such as the chassis and car doors in particular will loosen over time, causing a lot of abnormal noises.  

The noises may also be the result of poor assembly at the factory, humidity, or simply poor installation of accessories, or just poorly reinstalled parts. 

Naturally, these noises will affect your enjoyment of the sound system besides the possible risks of poorly installed parts.

In addition to the adding sound deadening insulation material, our package includes the reduction of gaps in the vehicle’s chassis and 

 also strengthen the steel plates  attached to the chassis, as well as identifying and rectifying any poorly assembled parts to avoid premature metal fatigue and reduce vibrations.  Reducing sounds caused by gaps therefore assist in preventing rust by reducing movement between parts.  The improved rigidity, as well as reducing sounds from outside the cabin with sound insulation will also improve the bass quality of the vehicle’s sound system.
