The stability of the current |
The electronics and electrical equipment in EV’s are powered by a 12V battery that is independent of the motor’s power source. The stability of the current to these devices affects the performance of these units. Since EVs do not have an engine that drives the vehicle’s air-conditioner pump, it relies solely on the power from the 12V battery. An electrical air-conditioner pump is basically a motor, which in reverse can cause a lot of resistance to the 12V battery. |
